Problems getting a exchange with Protection plan

I started getting a F3 code in the middle for cooking. I do have a protection plan called the number and was told I needed to call the manufacturer because it still falls under them. I tried to explain that I’m a personal chef and needed it up and running sooner than later but even though she was very nice she couldn’t help me over the phone. So I normally get better results when talking in store they do a great job hoping for the best.
