Installers showed up in truck too large, and they refused to put range on dolly to bring to apartment. They said they would come back in a few days, but didn't. Had to re-schedule, next available a week later. Next visit, installers discovered old range was hard-wired, so could not install. Would have been good if BB notified and emphasized clearly that an electrical outlet was required. Had to re-schedule, next available yet another week later. On installation day, dispatch called and said they only had large truck (same problem as before), and could not make it that day. Dispatch said they would call back later in the day to re-schedule for a few days later, but never called back. I had to re-schedule, next available yet ANOTHER week later. Finally got it installed.., OVER A MONTH LATER. Had no range this entire time.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with purchasing appliances. I am so unhappy with best buy. The product was not installed and had to hire someone to do it. Wrong size delivered and customer service was not helpful. The product is fine now.

Good value for a gas stove, during the height of the COVID pandemic.

Was exactly what was advertised! Easy ordering and easy pick up. The guys who loaded it into our truck went above and beyond!

So far it’s good, I do wish the two large burners were a little bit bigger

I went into the store and found the stove that I was looking for. It was a very easy process.

It has not worked. I have called 6 times and was hung up n on 5. The last person tried to help. Obviously did not understand. Sent out delivery driver as. They said the u could not check the stove. I have h a d this in my house since 11/20. It hasn't heated the oven at all.

My old oven it’s too old now I need to get a new one so I got this one and it’s is à very good oven

Have had the stove since July of 2022. Tonight back right burner was not heating up and then control panel started to spark. This is a Serious fire hazard. Not good.

Great and solid stove. My tenants love it and have had no issues

Works well and burners get hot enough. I like the timers and settings.

So far so good. The stains on the surface might be hard to erase, but otherwise, it's working perfectly

Range looks and works great. Very easy to clean due to the glass cooktop.

Bang for your buck cooktop is a little too small for large pots

Perfect Range for the price I am a big fan of flat top stoves. Everything has worked to it's potential so far!!
