oven didn't work

Took 6 hours with best buy on the phone to get them to come get this item. Product or Best Buy? Who knows. Just know it's my last best buy purchase in this lifetime.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I HAVE HAD MINE 9 MONTHS AND RECENTLY NOTICED FOOD AND GREASE ACCUMULATING IN BETWEEN THE INNER AND OUTER TEMPERED GLASS PANELS ON THE OVEN DOOR. THE DOOR WOULD NEED TO BE DISASSEMBLED TO CLEAN IT. AMANA TOLD ME IT IS A COSMETIC ISSUE AND WILL NOT COVER IT AS A WARRANTY ISSUE!! SO MUCH FOR A 1 YEAR WARRANTY!!

Nice looking stove

When opened it sits on floor, and unless you're careful closing it, it will go in crooked. Definitely not the best made drawer ... almost as if the railings are missing, very cheap!!
