A was lucky to find it on sale, and I didn't want to spend too much money for a dryer. So, ended up with what I wanted - it doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but it gets the job done.

When my 20 year-old washer and dryer finally bit the dust, buying this set was a no-brainer because of the price/value. All the other 'updated' appliances were twice the price, and I also wanted KNOBS instead of everything push button electronics that break or wear out so fast. Better than the price, though, was the free installation and delivery from Best Buy! Their appliance section might be smaller than other stores, but I was quite blown away by how fast and easy the delivery was (the old appliances also removed free of charge). I really regret that a month ago I bought my dishwasher from one of the big discount places and had a poor experience. :-( Next time my first stop will be Best Buy for appliances.

Drys efficiently compared to the 20 year old one it replace. But discovered this dryer has no end of cycle buzzer after purchasing it. Almost seems like that would be a necessity. Would never have thought to ask if it had a buzzer.

I had not expected such a large capacity drum in this brand. We have 4-6 people in the house at any given time and it makes doing laundry much quicker.

Wanted a basic dryer with no fancy electronics to break to replace my 21 year old dryer. This is a very efficient dryer big enough for a queen size comforter. Several settings, including auto which I like. Very good buy!

In my opinion, the Amana 6.5 cubit ft., 11 cycle dryer is a definite great buy! My wife loves it's features, and the ease of operating it! A decision well made on our behalf to purchase this one!

Overall I am pleased. Drys comforters, with no problem. There are two high heat settings and two low heat settings. One of the high heat settings is timed. I set it for 40 mins to dry some towels and they were still slightly damp. The other high heat seating works great - non-timed with a cool down. It senses moisture in the load and cools down when clothes are dry. Overall, for the money you can't beat it.

So far this dryer is performing well with no issues. It looks nice with the matching washer and if it holds up over time I would say that it was well worth the money, but only time will tell.

I like the dryer, does a good job and clothes dry quickly without wrinkles. Wish it had a signal when finished as I like to empty it right away.

Great dryer for the price. Dries clothes very fast. My washer quit 2 weeks after we bought this dryer. The washer would not spin so the clothes were very wet. We rang them out by hand and put them in the dryer. It still dried them in less time than a regular load would have dried in my last dryer. Also very quiet which is a big plus.

It does the job. It was a great price when I wasn't expecting to buy a new dryer at that time. It's quiet and drys the clothes good.

For the price, this thing is awesome. No frills, just a few selector options, but it gets the job done really well. no issues with the function, and it is surprisingly quiet.

Fast and efficient with drying and the noise level is acceptable. Nothing fancy with the features, but this was the most inexpensive dryer I could find. Gets the job done, but not great with removing wrinkles. I avoid ironing at all costs, so it was a little disappointing to find this out. Overall though, no major complaints.
