Delivery was on time. took less than 10 min to install which included putting on power cord from other dryer. Large capacity dryer holds a double load of laundry. Takes shorter time to dry. Excellent.

If you are on a tight budget, this is a good little dryer. Doesn't have lots of options but it does the job. It's a good value so far.

My dryer broke. I did not want to attempt a DIY repair. I shopped online. Found this dryer for $299.99 on wicked sale. Bought it. It wasn't fancy. All I wanted was a dryer that dried my clothes. Now here's the hassel. I called the local store. They said they had the item in stock and to go ahead and order it online, and I could pick it up same day. Well I ordered and when I called the store to confirm pick up, a dept rep said that she needed the warehouse mgr. to 'over ride' the ship to store date from the original online purchase, which was a week away! Warehouse mgr said no can do on the override, but had an alternate solution. Cancel the online order and pay in store (repurchase) which I did that day. It wasn't so bad, b/c I used my Best Buy card. and still got 6 mos. no interest. BUT...because my online order was cancelled, I did not receive the 5% online discount. I contaced BestBuy customer service through chat and explained my disappointment, and that it wasn't my fault I lost the $15, but the store's. I was politely and promptly offered a gift card, after requesting a credit to my account, which they were not authorized to do. I received the gift card in the mail a week later. Satisfcation.

This dryer is no joke. I wasn't looking for anything with all the frills, and this does the job spectacularly for something so inexpensive.

I bought the matching washer a year ago and finally my old dryer died so I decided to get the dryer to complete the set. Both appliances perform great and the price is affordable. I recommend this item to anyone that doesn't want to spend a fortune but still wants the job done.

Got this a few days after black friday, on sale!! Dryer is quiet compared to our 25 year old monolith. For the price point do it!

This is bottom end dryer but that being said it has a large drum and now matches my washing machine in capacity.

for the price it does its job very well. drys large towels in one round. all my clothes are dry every time. what else can i say!
