Great value. Only problem I had was the door hard to close. After a few uses this problem went away.

Came as a set with the Amana washer that wasn't very good. But, this is a dryer. It dries. There's not a lot to criticize. Like I said, the washer isn't great and more recently has been leaving clothes soaking wet, so the dryer is having to work a bit harder to dry, but still does. Bought this 7 years ago, and still going strong. Only complaint and why it's 4 instead of 5*, is the settings available. It's either high heat or low heat. I always used the medium heat on my last dryer, mostly out of paranoia that my clothes would come out drastically shrunk after a high heat session. On this one, shrinkage is at a minimum on high, so can't complain much about it.

We compared other dryers but found this to be the best value for what we wanted to pay. The extra large complicity drum really can handle those extra large loads. It's very quiet when running to the point that your not sure if you turned it on or not. Great dryer, great price.

Old dryer died and I needed a replacement. The Amana dryer was just what we needed. Price was right and it was easy to install. Controls are simple and easy to use. Would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Great Dryer! Very affordable and can dry a full load in less than an hour. Not energy efficient but it works so fast who cares.

the dryer works great. However it took forever to receive this item. I have made purchases from bestbuy online before and never had this amount of difficulty in simply paying for this item. They literally took the money on and out of my account 4 times within 2 weeks. Absolutely ridiculous. I won't be purchasing online again. I would recommend the dryer just not purchasing online.

Great dryer. It's quiet and dries clothes in minimal time. If you need a basic dryer that does the job with no hassles, this is the one for you. Lint catcher is easy to clean, dries evenly and quickly.
