      HI Jose, we are sorry to hear this. Please note our products gather your step/calorie data via an algorithm that determines how far one's arm would swing while walking at a normal pace. This algorithm is based on the height, weight, and gender of the user. This means that if your arms are stationary while you are walking (i.e. your hands are on your bags or in your pocket while walking) it will not register your steps taken.

      To reduce errors, Amazfit sets an initial value of 10, which means it will count steps when you walk more than 10 steps. In other words, the APP will show the real walking steps and start counting from step 10. When you make 10 steps rest for 5 seconds, and make another 10 steps, the watch may not record your steps.
