    It’s been a nightmare with this smart watch. I bought this watch in April 2024 it was working good and then the watch started getting glitchy and not working properly, I was able To get it replace in Dec but now it’s the same problem and it’s only September . Purchased the extended warranty and they are saying I need to bring it to a store location? Which is located on Oahu and I live on Kauai! That’s a $150’plane ticket and $100 rental not to sure if it’s even worth it . This is the last time I ever buying a watch from here lesson learned

    The watches battery life is excellent and lasts for a week at least. However, the watch is not very compatible with IOS, to me this was a dealbreaker. One more thing I liked was the accuracy of the sensors and distance tracking

    Watch was easy to setup but, after hours of try to find the zepp pay feature I have not been able to find it. Not having this feature as advertised makes the watch overpriced and not worth it.

    I do not wear the above watch which is too expensive & charging a l$50.00 consultation fee ! Ridiculous!!!!! Besides, I found my Old Fitbit! Your stock was too low. ! Employees are trying to do too much at one time & ignore those who are not buying big ticket items!

    I bought it from Amazon. I think Amafit need to take a review on their AD. The map notification only support Android phones. This problem should be clarified on the introduction.
