Heatrate Monitor Not Accurate
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the watch to replace an older Sportline watch that I was using for its touch heart monitor (no strap needed). But the optical sensor of the T-Rex is just not able to monitor heart rate changes when working out. It works fine when sitting around the house but is simply inaccurate by lots when its needed most, which is when working out. I would upgrade to the T-Rex Pro if I knew its optical sensor was better. But I never received a response from customer service on the issue that I mentioned. This is another reason I would no recommend the watch. Poor or nonexistent customer service.

My husband opened it on Christmas Day and it does not work. Best Buy will not return it as it’s out of the return window. So I cannot give a favorable review since I just threw my money out the window on a product that never worked. Shameful.

It would not come back to life on wrist lift and turn. I emailed customer service who returned my email explaining what to try. I did and the fix worked for a few days. Trying everything else including factory reset, nothing else worked. Now the past four emails I've sent to customer service are ignored. Beware...

fitness tracker that can't track fitness!

Was told by support that only tracks steps if you're swinging your arms and only after you have taken 10 steps without stopping. So if they can't get the step counter right what other information is wrong on this tracker? Others have said the heart rate is inaccurate too so dont have a heart attack.
