The menus are insane. 3 different options to get to the settings menu but each menu has a different sections area. It makes no sense. Extremely difficult to use. Dont get for elderly!

Our previous TV for our bedroom lost sound randomly so we had to get a new one in a quick noticed d/t our nine month old daughter needing white noise when sleeping at night. Employee at Best Buy recommend this TV. The quality is amazing. Sound is great. Instillation on wall mount was simple. Definitely would recommend this product to family/friends.

This is a good little tv. The picture quality is nice and so are its features. Ive had it for over a year and have had no issues. I would recommend this if you are on a busget but not sacrificing quality.

I bought this for my church Foyer, it displays a feed from the service inside, for that purpose it is an excellent TV. Now, I got an open box model. If I look closely it may have some damage... but not enough for me to return it. FireTV may have some benefit in the future, but not likely for my use case. I needed a basic modern TV for cheap... this fits the description.

This is a good TV, especially for the price. The only reason I'm not rating it five stars is that the refresh rate is actually 30hz, not 60. Forcing 60fps during gameplay results in screen-tearing and some stuttering. Turn on VSync? Rock solid... At 30fps. So, ultimately satisfying but with one large hangup. I can't speak to the sound quality because I bought a sound bar to go with it.

So far so good. This was used for my bedroom, its got a nice picture easy to set up and worked just like charm without having to add another fire stick separately. Easy set up, great picture, good sound, fits my needs perfectly.

The picture is fantastic, and the set up was extremely easy. The only issue is I am having trouble controlling the volume with my cable remote due to the fact this brand of tv is not on any universal remote list. The Amazon remote does control everything except the cable box.

I am really happy with my fire tv purchase. The picture quality is beautiful. The remote control is easy to use . I will purchase a sound bar for when I rent action movies because I like a loud crisp clear sound. Overall I do love my fire tv.

I wall-mounted this TV in my guest room. It was easy to connect to my wi-fi and Amazon account, and the program/app dashboard is easy to navigate. Great picture and lots of options to customize the picture or set a sleep timer!

This TV has a great price and great quality. Works with Alexa what is amazing for who loves to set up skills for it.

Great picture, easy to use. The only downfall is finding a replacement remote that easily connects after your dog chews up the original remote.

I chose this TV after a crash course online in the "what's new in TV" world. I wanted a bigger screen but something that could sit on a chest without taking over the room, and that I could personally carry out of the store and get set up w/o a delivery delay or expert to install. I also wanted a TV remote that was simple to operate. This TV was the smart choice. It met all the criteria and I was completely set up within a few minutes of taking the TV out of the box, in fact, it took more time to undo all the packaging than it did to plug it in, type in all the passwords to my streaming apps and wi-fi. I am very pleased with the way the content looks, the clarity of the images and the ease to operate. Highly recommend this brand, taking the chance that Amazon would make it pretty easy, and it was.

This is our first fireTV and we got it for our son for Christmas. We wanted most the features of an appletv without needing the appletv. Overall it does really well and we’re pretty happy with it. I wish that FireTV had more granular parental controls. Example, I’d love to limit my son to watching YT Kids to 1 hour a day but the only limit I can put is all apps or the entire tv to one hour. That’s not great. Picture quality is good, it’s nice and loud. Responsiveness is ok but it’s a tv and doing all the processing on a pretty small CPU so all things considered it’s pretty good. When in doubt restart and things work better.

You can’t beat the price when it comes to fire TVs. The clarity in the picture is awesome and it has all the extra features that you look for in any newer, smart TVs. My niece really enjoys the remote, because the gloves in the dark.. We haven’t had any issues since buying this TV. We’ve had other Fire TVs before never came across any anything that would discourage us from buying from this brand
