Overall great tv, haven't had any issues with the actual tv thus far; however, I have been having issues with the remote. The remote dies so fast, I've had to change the batteries more than 5 times since purchasing the tv 7 months ago. The batteries themselves are fine and continue to work in other devices, so I'm convinced that the remote is defective. Thankfully I can turn the tv on with my voice using Alexa and there's the FireTV App that you can get on your phone which acts as a remote for the television. Without those two things, I might've returned the tv a long time ago. I will say the app is only a temporary solution though as it sometimes unsynchs when you exit out of the app or if your phone screen turns off which gets tiring after awhile.

Easy to set up, the leg dimensions weren't shown or I didn't take note so it was hard to find a stand in the house for it. Was going to spend 4300 for LG but this was a bargain I couldn't refuse @ 500.

So far this TV deserves a 5 star rating. I am still getting use to using it . But the picture is great. So clear and crisp. Not sorry for buying this TV. Plus I think it was a great value.

The Amazon fire is a good t v,the picture is great,colors are good,the only problem I’m having is I have not found a way to listen to my headphones and have the t v speakers on at the same time.

Overall a great TV. It’s like having an Echo Cube and FireTV stick 4K in one. The picture quality is great too. We use a sound bar so I can’t speak for the audio quality of this TV.

Excellent TV. Fire TV was loaded with the apps we wanted, no self-loading needed. The techs set up, and mounted, our TV and it is working perfectly!!!

Great picture and color easy set up and use. Some problems with HDMI staying connected. Have had to switch the cables to get items to connect again.

Been wanting this tv for awhile now and had to jump at it when it went on sale! Looks fantastic and very easy to use!

Just the perfect size. I am not into electronics, but this time has a nice quality picture and sound.

Buit-In Alexa stops working properly after a few months. TV won't turn on or off with voice command. Sometimes it doesn't recognize voice command at all. It does work with remote or if I connect my echo. Spent 2 1/2 hours with Amazon support and their final recommendation was to reset it to factory settings and it might work properly but I'd have to set up all my apps again. Frustrating!
