The Echo Auto is awesome! Took less than 3 minutes to hook it up. It has no problem hearing me even though I play my music loud. Makes phone calls with crystal clarity. I had doubts when I purchased it, but, those doubts were alleviated as soon as I hit the highway, windows down, tunes playing. Very happy consumer :)

Great Bluetooth option for vehicles that are a little older and don’t have usb phone connections. Easy to set up and get going. Makes hands free communication with your phone work through the car audio. If you you have a newer vehicle that does all the latest hands free connection features don’t waist your money. But if you need hands free phone connection for a vehicle that was made before the leap in technology then this is a perfect solution.

This was one of the more difficult Echo devices to setup. However, once it was setup, it was great. It's nice to have Alexa in the car with me. When I get lonely on a long drive, she tells me stories to keep me company. Sometimes, when I get sleepy driving, she'll scream at me to wake me up. She has definitely saved my life a time or two. I don't know what I would do without her. I think I might be falling in lo... On a more serious note, it is great having access to all of my music like Pandora, iHeart, and Amazon Music. Also, if I want to check a sports score or inquire about an internet search, she does that, too. You can also control all of your smart home features. So, when I pull in the drive way I can say, Alexa, turn on the living room lights. Then I don't have to come into a dark house. The air vent mount is a nice touch, but I would also like to have a magnetic mount for mounting this flat on my dash. I don't really like the air vent option for my vehicle, and I have a few flat surfaces that would work great for mounting. If you are an Alexa lover, then I would definitely recommend putting her in the car with you. Just don't let your wife know!

Great for older cars without Bluetooth who would like to listen to music from their car. Most new cars have Bluetooth so its not really needed for newr cars but it's an addition to those with new cars without a gps system I have an 2018 car. I do have issues at times trying to connect my phone to the device or have to repeatedly say an command for it to work. So you must speak slow and clear to be heard also you attach it to the vent to stay in place. Other than that my 4yr old use it also to play kid songs when we taking a ride so it keeps her happy.

Sometimes the product does not connect automatically to your phone and you have to manually connect but other than that it works great.

I'm a big believer in the Echo line. I've got two dots, another second generation tower speaker and an Echo Show that I use every day. They simplify your life and the functionality appears to be limited only. To developers imaginations. That said, the Echo Auto adds no new functionality to what I already enjoy with the Alexa app loaded on my Smartphone. One saving Grace to it is being able to speak directly to it vs the distraction of getting out you phone and putting it in listening mode. Which for some is probably worth the price of admission.

I originally thought having Alexa in the car would be ridiculous but having voice control for music and navigation turns out to be wonderful. I do pay for Prime Music which makes it nice as well. Navigation is displayed on my cell screen.

Love how it makes multitasking while driving so easy, not to mention causing less distractions. Give commands with just your voice. Send text messages, call your contacts, add to shopping lists, set alarms and reminders. There's so much this can do!

Amazon Echo Auto is a handy device for hands-free use of Alexa in your car. It's great for traffic and weather reports and can stream radio stations and your personal music and make phone calls using app-enabled features. The one downside is, since it depends on your cellular connection, it tends to skip every now and then or lose connection just as your cell phone may when in low/no coverage areas.

I’d give it five stars if you have an older vehicle that is not connected to your telephone or music. But in most of today’s cars this is superfluous. I absolutely think it’s the best thing on earth in my truck that is not connected but when I tried to add it to my BMW which is already connected to Sirius and Bluetooth to my phone it does not work there are so many steps you have to go through to make it work but it just isn’t worth it

I love being able to use Alexa from my car! It DOES get knocked down quite a bit, but that's to be expected with so many people going in and out of our car!!

Could work better, its a great idea but the connection is buggy and the fact that there is no trade in doesnt help

I was wondering if I'd use it. Yep sure do, & love it! This might be my best purchase I have made in awhile. Easy to set up and linked with Amazon music is perfect! Every vehicle should have it. Hats off again to Amazon!!

The Echo Auto has made my life much easier behind the wheel. I drive for a living so hands free is a must. With the Echo Auto I can play music, ask for directions, and find the closest spots to eat all with my voice! Highly recommended product!

Auto Echo works great in my car. Have Sirus XM at home and wanted to listen in the car as well. Auto Echo was easy to set up in my 2020 Toyota Camry. Just went to Source and added Auto Echo as instructed. You will need Bluetooth and your cell. I believe if you do not have Bluetooth you can still use. It requires different set up. Does come with the adapted wire you will need Would recommend if you enjoy varied music, etc.. Ordered on line from BestBuy. Was out of stock at my prefered store ,so they sent. Arrived in 2 days. Very pleased.

The amazon Echo is a game changer for me. Keeps my Iphone charged while connected to Wifi. Easy setup to Aux, I drive a Jeep Wrangler. Echo mounts to dash, Jeeps bounce around staying connected. Great Find

Connects easily to my phone as soon as I enter my vehicle. Captures all the music I want to listen to and, answers any request as my echo would do at home. Awesome product!

Amazon Auto Echo is great. Use bluetooth to connect to your smart phone, and then use it to play music, finding directions. So far as I know, it's like a a regular alexa tr hat you use il n the car.

I love this Echo Auto. It has a nice sleek look and very easy to set up. It listens to me very well. I got a great deal on it at Best Buy. I would recommend to anyone who is thinking of buying one.
