Love this for the most part. It replaced an Echo Dot that speaker was scratchy. This does not seem to have the listening range as the dot

Has good sound, but constantly turns off the music without command because of "inactivity." ??? Very irritating IMO. Wil only recommend to others with some caution.

Regarding volume control, while the Echo Pop has 10 volume levels, you can make fine adjustments by using specific voice commands like "Alexa, volume 1" or "Alexa, volume 2" for the lowest settings. You can also adjust the volume precisely through the Alexa app by going to Devices > Echo & Alexa > selecting your Echo Pop > Settings > Audio Settings.
