Aside from all the advantages and conveniences a small tablet offers, this tablet is an easy to carry book reader. .Easy on the eyes and, if you like, it can read your book to you or play your fav songs.

Easy to use, great size. Alexa works well, for the most part. Also like that it syncs up with your Amazon account. Bluetooth and wifi both work well.The only thing is if you don't like to see ads on the start screen pay the extra to get it with no ads. You can pay to turn them off later as well if you choose on your Amazon account.

The kindle fire is easy to use, you can get your email, read a book, play a game, search the web. It's affordable and holds up well.

I have both nook and amazon fire, and I love the monthly options for reading on the fire!! By far a more economical choice for reading books- especially if you read a lot.

I bought this to replace a Kindle that I have had for 8 years. So there is a whole lot of differences. I like them all. There is only one thing they changed that I don't like. I use this mainly for reading. On my old Kindle fire when you purchased a new book it appeared on a shelf. Books you have read where in your library. The new one just puts everything in your library together. So you have to search for the books you haven't read yet. Maybe there is away to separate them. I just haven't figured it out if there is.

I purchased this to replace am older notebook that developed a glitch. This has very adequate memory and functions are very useful.

My wife purchased this to replace her old Kindle Fire that finally died. She loves the extra space and the added space from the expansion slot for the micro sd cards. The camera is ok, nothing special. Very fast and light. Easy to carry and take with you.

I actually bought this Kindle Fire for my daughter. She had an older version and was looking to upgrade. This new one is perfect for her. The upgrade to 16 GB allows her easy access to the internet, which was intermittent on her older version.

It's a nice tablet for books, and games. Couldn't find my old one so upgraded.

I spent $49 on this... it's not a bad little tablet... read on it mostly but web not bad either.. buy a lot on Amazon... works great for that.
