It was a great gift for the price, and loved the option in colors too. It works great and havent had issues with it. Loved the wide screen and light too.

Good tablet for the price only downfall is its not google based so options for games and aps are limited

So simple to use. Downloaded my favorite books or watch movies or tv shows. Charges fast and maintains the strength longer than I antipicated.

used these for years, works great just have to use screen protection and protective case as they tend to break easy.

I got this product to read ebooks and comics and it meets my expectations. The device is light is weight for its size and the OS is pretty fast. I plan on buying a pen so I can do some sketches as well. One positive aspect is that it holds battery for days. One negative is that they should ads on the screenlock. I would definitely recommend this tablet if you are in the market for an affordable eReader.

Keeps my child entertained and battery last long works great second time buying one of theses now both my kids have one.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my sister since her iPad died. I let her decide which tablet she wanted & was economically surprised she picked the Amazon tablet. She no longer needed the firepower of the iPad since she graduated school. I only know about the performance when I'm visiting. I've asked her to let me know how it has been working since I have it to her The picture quality is fantastic, much better than I expected it to be. The crisp, clear visuals with vibrant colors completely surprised me. I've got a Samsung tablet & to my eyes the Fire tablet picture quality was almost as good as my Samsung. Hard to quantify sound quality as tablets (in my opinion) never sound good without connecting to a Bluetooth speaker system. I can't tell a difference between the two tablets, but my sister has no complaints. The Fire has adequate storage capacity since it's only used for entertainment & home use. Very pleased with the battery life. No negative issues to report at this time. My sister loves it, and for about a third of the price of an iPad it's a fantastic deal. If you only need a tablet for browsing, mild game playing, and YouTube watching, I'd highly recommend it.

For the price, this is a good buy. It's not an iPad, or Samsung S tablet. But for everyday general use, this is great. I bought it for my father abd he enjoys using it to browse YouTube and Facebook.
