The Kindle was recommended to me by my college age niece, and when I saw it go on sale I immediately took advantage and bought it. And I was NOT disappointed, it has been incredible and I LOVE IT!

I love the size. It's not to heavy to hold and read on. I like the Blue Shade, it's great to use when I read in bed.

This tablet is satisfactory for most if not all web based tasks and some business tasks as well the only draw back is the rear camera had no flash.

It lacks the amount of RAM you'd get with other Android-based devices, making games and other intensive apps difficult to run. You'll have a great time if you're just surfing the web, checking and sending email, reading books and playing most games. It's just not a 3D game powerhouse, but that's ok! Great machine otherwise.

This is my 3 or 4th kindle, this time went with 10inch screen, nice picture only BIG difference between this one and my past kindle's is the battery on this one is horrible, 5-6 hrs from 100% to dead just surfing the web, no videos or movies...

Purchased this for my wife, I use it now too so do my children there are tons of free apps. Item is very durable, the battery lasts a decent amount of time I was actually surprised.

The kindle fire 10 HD has double the technical capabilities that the prior Kindle Fire generation had. it is much more flexible and a great deal larger app store.

The perfect gift for my 7 year old. Can sync to my ECHO and has wonderful parental controls. Can do everything my child uses an iPad for at a fraction the price

All functions work well and were fairly easy to set up. Works great with Blue tooth key board and head phones. Some tech knowledge is helpful when setting up.

My wife really enjoys this model. It was easy to set up and use. We bought this to replace a previous model. This model is much faster from a processing perspective.

Struggled with decision on iPad mini or fire. The fire is perfect for our 7 year old and can do everything he used the ipad for -for a fraction of the cost!
