I ordered this tablet as a Christmas gift for a two year old. Best Buy and FedEx delivered my package to the wrong address. I have tried multiple times to get Best Buy to check the proof of delivery to see that the package was not delivered to my house and Best Buy refused. After I provided them with multiple images and videos that showed the driver never mad it to my door. Best Buy refused to replaced the item or give me back my money. I don’t care about the money, all I wanted was to fulfill a two year old wish for Christmas. If I can give this review zero stars I would and I hope others look at this review. Customer service claimed they have done their investigation and they are not going to listen to me. Scammers

El control parental funciona muy bien y me da tranquilidad saber qué contenido puede usar. La batería dura bastante y el rendimiento es adecuado para juegos educativos, videos y apps infantiles. Por el precio que tiene, ofrece muy buena calidad. La recomiendo totalmente para familias con niños.

It came with the cover that protects from falls, that was one of the reasons I purchased it to began with. The second reason is because I have had kindle tablets in the past and they have been great. The parental controls are excellent, if you have Amazon prime already it makes sense to get the tablet. I downloaded preschool games and it does an excellent job of recommending apps for the age group. You can set up several accounts, one for each person using it making it perfect for more than one person using it without changing someone’s else progress. Each account has its own set of parental controls and a pin can be added to keep kids from downloading apps without permission. You can also set time limits for tablet time within the settings. The tablet was being used almost nonstop for 6 hours and only used 40% battery life.

I bought this tablet for my child, and I’ve been really impressed with it! The parental controls are super easy to set up, and I love that I can manage screen time and what apps are being used. The tablet is fast, has a clear screen, and the battery lasts a long time — perfect for car rides or travel. The kid-proof case is sturdy and has already survived a few drops with no problem! It also comes with plenty of fun, educational games that keep my little one entertained while learning. Definitely worth the money and gives great peace of mind knowing it’s safe for kids to use.

This is my 3rd tablet for my son. His first had issues, his second was stolen out of my car. Amazon tablets are durable and take everything my 3 and 5 yr old put it through. I upgraded to the kids pro this time and love how much better it is for my son to navigate and move throughout the tablet. I love that I can download everything my son needs (messanger, roblux, streaming services) but I still have the tablet locked down so that he (nor his sister) can access anything inappropriate. The battery life on this feels better than its predecssor. When he plays Roblux, it does get incredibly warm to the touch and once it gets too warm, it doesn't operate perfectly.

My three yr old really enjoys this tablet. Bluey coloring is his favorite! The tablet is very easy for him to use. I really like the parental controls and the variety of apps available. Many of learning apps require a subscription which is a downfall. The youtube app can help with getting around the subscriptions. The battery life is also impressive. I would highly recommend this tablet. Its one that our grandchildren can grow up with.

Great tablet for accident prone children. We purchased this after having the 8 inch model for 2 years. Our son broke quite a few and having a new tablet at your doorstep overnight when those accidents happen is great. No deductible. No hassle. This model is considerably faster and brighter than our last tablet. Amazon has really stepped up their game. The 2 year replacement plan is worth more than what they charge for the tablet.

This tablet is amazing, my daughter has had it for a little over two years now and I have no complaints. We’ve never experienced any technical issues. The tablet itself is extremely sturdy and reliable. The charging battery is exceptional, overall I’d purchase this tablet over and over again, and I recommend it to my friends for their toddlers.

My daughter loves the tablet. Its more sleek and way faster than the other fire tablet she had. The battery life is good. There are some apps she can get on this tablet that she dodnt have before. So easy to setup and to also set the parental controls and the time limits. Very happy with the purchase.
