I bought one of these for my son last year. He loved it. I started to use it for reading and had to go get my own.

We bought this for our son to be able to use with a specific game, and it was perfectly priced and works great.

Bought this for my kids to play games, etc. It seems pretty easy to download and find games and hasn't slowed down yet. We did end up dropping it (after about a month) and it resulted in a hairline crack in the screen. When I called customer service, they issued a replacement to be shipped out without any more questions asked. So far, so good.

This is the best investment I made for my daughter ever! It was her birthday present and we use it everyday!

Initially I wanted to get my wife a paperwhite, but I realized that for not much more money she could have a tablet as well! The Good: Great clarity and holds a ton of books. The ability to download apps and search the web makes it an "all in one" machine. The Bad: The battery life can be tricky, until you realize you have to reduce the brightness, auto refresh and turn it off when you are not using it. Also the interface can be challenging at first, esp when it comes to navigating between different books and applications. Overall still a great buy and my wife takes it everywhere she goes.

I loved my original Kindle. This thing is so much quicker. It's great!

Fire HD is a great product at a great price - better than ipad mini!

The kindle s are great for fun and school. There are tons of book options for pleasure reading and academic s at a reasonable price. There's are also a ton of apps for drawing typing . Gaming and social media., not to mention shopping as well on the Amazon website. You also have access to amazon prime as well.the software is very user friendly and the visuals are spectacular, the color vibrancy and clarity are amazing. I would highly recommend this device.

I purchased this Kindle - Fire HD 7" so that both of my youngest grandchildren would each have a Kindle - Fire HD 7" to play with and to avoid the problem of both of them wanting to use the same Kindle at the same time. The grandchildren are thrilled with the fact that each of them has their own Kindle to use. We have had no problems with this Kindle. The grandchildren are playing games and watching videos on both of the Kindle - Fire HD 7" tablets.

Battery life last incredibly long! This tablet does not lag/ slow down. It is extremely efficient and quick.

I like the clarity, the colors, the versatility to do various tasks, and the size is just right for my use.

My Mom liked it as mother's day gift. She loves to read and watch movies. Price was lowest in the valley.
