I got this for my 84 year old mother for Christmas..It's great and she's having a blast with it

I have read hundreds of books on mine. Books are cheaper this way and easier to keep up with and maneuver. My whole library in one small device... I love it. And it's the perfect size to hold and read from. I can make the words as big as my old eyes need too.

This is my second Amazon Fire and I'm thrilled with it. First one was "taken over" by hubby. They've made a few improvements and I now find myself using it more than my tablet. The only difficulty I've had has been with loading my Nook books onto the Fire. Lots of steps to go through, and you still can only access the books on WiFi, can't download them onto the device...or at least I haven't found a way.

I love it it's a great item, very fast, great quality picture for when I'm watching Netflix

I enjoy this purchase because I can read my books, watch movies order from Best buy. I now see my Best Buy Deal of the day every day due to access to e-mails. I am not very Tecky and this Kindle fire serve the purpose because I have my Kindle fire with me at all times. My only concern is I have a Kindle paperwhite and I don't know what to do with it. Best Buy price on this item was to good to pass

This was a gift for my 83 yr old mother, who is a voracious reader. I wasn't sure if she would be able to handle the technology, but it is so easy to use it that she said it is the best present she has ever been given. I was delighted and she reads with it every day and has found several sources for her books.

Bought this for my daughter who loves to read and also play some games, watch YouTube videos, listen to music and take pictures which the Kindle Fire will all do and for a much cheaper price than the iPad. My wife has had a Kindle for 3 years and is very dependable. Easy to use. Highly recommended.

Very easy to use and the battery last a long time.

We're an Apple family, however we didn't want to fork over $400 for our child's first tablet. Who knows if he's going to like it, use it, or break it. For $89 this was a prefect trial, and he loves it. We purchased a kid's case for it and avoided spending the additional $200 for the 'Kid's Kindle'. This has all the puzzles, and apps he would need. We're still getting use to it as parents that own iPads because the system is different, but it just takes some getting use to.

I purchased this Kindle as a gift for my grandma. She has been borrowing my mom's ipad to play solitaire for the past 6 months. We finally decided she needed a Kindle (we were also tired of sharing with her lol). She absolutely loves her Kindle. We also put the bible on there for her.
