I love my kindle. Bought it at best buy due to being on back order at amazon. However I will never do business with best buy again either in the store or by internet worst customer service in both that I have ever seen!!!

Beautiful display, intuitive environment... I actually use the Kindle more than my laptop for Internet, email, and entertainment. Also, this model has an easier to use printer interface than my previous model. I use iPads too but I prefer Amazon Kindle because it is easier to manage, more affordable, and has more free apps available than Apple.

This is a nice tablet for a beginner. My step daughter is 11 and loving it. Good storage and great price.

Refreshing alternative to Expensive Tablets- Awesome Value

All the great functionality of a $400 ipad for a fraction of the price. Screen quality is excellent. Setup and operation are very user friendly and my wife loves how she can easily read the screen while outside. Recommend!

I like this new kindle , but I absolutely hate the fact that Amazon has made it impossible to download the manual. This is a really big inconvenience to have to go into your settings to find out information about your kindle. How much could it cost to allow the customer to be able to print it to so they can readily use it for reference? Poor customer convenience. Very disappointed in this. Maybe recommend to a friend after waring them.

I would recommend resetting to factory settings. Out of the box to free up as much memory as possible

Product works well, intuitive screens to navigate with and personalize the device. We upgraded from previous version of Fire. Use it primarily for reading and games.
