Affordable and great for reading and browsing

Okay, but not for me

Received the Kindle a few days later and used it for a few minutes. Overall for my preference, I found the layout was difficult to follow. The usual apps I like to have available were not downloadable. I'm use to the Android format. Decided to return the Kindle.

Great product, lousy service

The service from Best Buy was terrible and I will never shop there again. Ever. Even after voicing my complaint I was never even issued an apology. Not the way to run a business. Kindle great! Best Buy not so much.
