I bought this computer a 32 GB fire for $79 and I love it. I don't do much on it but; emails, play games both on and off line, and go online for other social media like youtube etc. It takes pretty good pictures. It comes on a little slower than I would like, but it is a great buy for me. Once it comes on it is very fast.

I like it a lot but noticed after the purchase that there are a lot of the apps I use every day that are not available through the Amazon App Store. Kind of a bummer.

I had the amazon fire hd7 so I decided I wanna upgrade to the 8. It was a great choice it has update software and it’s useful for so many different things. Games, Watching, and so easily portable I take it to school as well as work. At home I can relax and take a break with my tablet at hand.

First, the bad. I hate the advertisements and the fact that you can't access the vast library of Android apps via Google Play. Nevertheless, you can do most of the things on the Internet that you need to while still have access to Amazon Fire-friendly apps that will keep you informed and entertained. The good news is that the HD8 has an expansion slot for a microSD card and increasing storage space is where the Fire HD8 dances all over the iPad. Add in a 128GB microSD card and you'll have tons of room for audiobooks, ebooks, music files, photos, and videos. The HD8 also has Amazon Alexa in case you're looking for automated help to shop or move around from interest online or on your Kindle Fire. It's a good buy - especially if you buy one when they are on sale!

As long as Wi-Fi is available, this little Beauty helps me keep working. Camera ain't much to write home about, but I didn't purchase for that feature. Easy to use, very healthy battery and long time between charging.

The HD display is absolutely gorgeous. Charging time is speedy, battery life is extended compared to the older generation tablets, and it's very user-friendly. Easy to learn and enjoyable!

I wanted a tablet to for the smart home gadgets but didn't want to spend much and this worked out perfect. I had to make a few changes to get the Google Play store for most of the apps I needed but it was definitely worth it. I also paid the extra $15 to get rid of the ads screensaver. Solid tablet for my needs or just regular browsing.

So Happy with my Kindle Fire.....great size,lightweight, and I love it to play my games. Would definitely [purchase again. You can not beat the kindle fire :)

Overall a very solid tablet. Good amount of storage and the price was very fair. My wife uses it all the time and my 5 year old son uses it too so it very easy to get around.

The tablet was really easy to set up and is fast and does not stall as other tablets I have used. I have had one before and they are long lasting and very durable.

We bought two of these for myself and my husband. We both have loaded movies and books on them for entertainment when on the road or boat. Durable and easy to use.

Basically got this for my son as gift. He likes it except for all the multiple game ads u must scroll through on home screen trying to entice u to purchase them. Researched how to remove adware & u must pay $25 to make it stop. Pretty annoying way for Amazon to make a few more bucks.

This is a wonderful tablet with a great screen, reliable touch responsiveness and a clean UI. The only drawback is the lack of the Google Play Store and Play Services.

Although this was a good value for the money, I personally found that the 7" Fire (which was not HD) had just as good of picture quality and for half the amount, ended up being the better deal, so I returned this one.

My son loves this tablet it is very durable and stands up to being carried everywhere lots of memory space for games

It was easy to use and instant access to textbooks at a fraction of the price. Good size to watch videos on.

I bought 2 for my grandchildren so they can do their schoolwork on it..after xmas I will make an appointment with geek squad to have you show them how to use it...as I don't know how to...

I bought this for my wife so she could get internet access and check mail without having to leave the room. She loves it and is totally hooked on it! The price was good as well.

Been using the 4th Gen since new..was pleasantly surprised the change's since the two. Great machine, video plays and looks great. More than happy and glad to have gotten this!
