This is my first kindle. It works far better than an app on my phone, but it's still not a paper book as far as I am concerned. It is, however, easier to read in the evening. I'm still getting used to it. I don't foresee using it for anything other than for e-books

I purchased this kindle to replace my mother’s one year old device that stopped working. Best Buy’s protection plan is great and provided me this at no cost. My mom loves to read and the ability to increase the letter size is vital as her vision isn’t great. She can also check her emails and Facebook activity on this.
