This is an excellent tablet, and the warranty is superb! Only thing missing is the ability to use the Google Play store. Unfortunately the Amazon app store does not have all the apps on the Google Play. Though since these were bought for the kids there is still plenty for them to use.

I purchased these tablets for my 3 & 5 year old daughters. They absolutely love them! has great games to assist with learning reading and the alphabet. Lots of interactive games as well. Great for littler kids especially!

So far so good with this tablet. I set his limit to 3 hours per day and he knows when his time is up and to set it down to be charged for tomorrow. It has all the apps he liked to play on my Kindle but with the controls I like to have to make sure he plays reasonable games and times.

It was time to upgrade my kids devices from nabi. After reading lots of reviews, we picked the fire. My kids love the screen size and the Amazon games that come with this for the year. The child protection on it is nice to keep the kids engaged but off the net. Adult can control the apps available in "daddy" mode. They can tag their favorite games for the main screen which helps in them trying to find their go to games. So with the down side... I bought two (2 boys) and their profile is on each tablet. This caused little confusion at start being able to tell them apart, and causes some issues when one wants to mess with the other. The abundant amount of games available has had us checking their available space to accommodate games they want to try out. All n all a great children's tablet!

Access to multiple children's apps, videos etc. Reasonable price. Bumper cover should be offered for purchase separately. Young children can not set up without assistance. Difficult to remove unwanted items from device.

We bought this for my husband's niece for Xmas and she is head over heels for this thing. It's very user friendly, connects to WiFI with ease and the kiddie apps are great (mind you she is almost 3 yrs. old). From what i head they have to pry it out of her hands so she doesn't play with it all day long. Would def buy it again and recommend to others.

I love this! Got this for my 2 year old for when we go to older kids ball games and practices and out to eat. He's able to watch his movies and stay entertained! The only downside so far is if there's no wifi the movies won't play so we use the hotspot off our phone data.

Got this for my daughter Christmas 2015. She loves it. Memory is a little low. And it's a little hard maneuvering through users on the tablet. But that could just be me. Daughter loves it.

This is great for kids for so many reasons- With the bumper case there's no worries about damage from drops; the timer allows the parent to set limits on how much time children can spend on reading or playing.

Thiis tablet was a great value price wise. My grandson is 4 years old and has no problem operating it and finding more and new ways of benefiting from the different sites and games that are already loaded.

I got this as a Christmas present for my 6 year old granddaughter & my 2 1/2 year old great grandson. They BOTH LOVE it! They have access to thousands of movies, games, programs, etc. through Amazon-Prime & it can be set to NOT allow them access to any games, movies, books, etc. that are not appropriate for their age. I highly recommend it!

We bought this tablet for my 3 year old. He loves it. It already had games and books downloaded for him. We can switch between users and he can watch Netflix when we switch. The protective case is also great. He's dropped the tablet several times with no issues.

My 2 year old has fun with this new toy,lol. it's made very good and a great size. He drops it alot but the case does its job very well.

The good: my kids have dropped it a bunch and it still works great. The foam works. The freetime app keeps my kids entertained and they love plating with it. The bad: setting up the profiles was a little difficult. U have to create kid profiles otherwise it acts like a Kindle fire. It tries to default into the parent account and having to tell ur kids to go to the corner profile pic and pic the dinosaur gets tiresome. Charge time sux and the chargers they come with sux too. I plugged it in at 1 percent and left it for 4 hours...it only charged 73% and it seems like it takes more time to charge it than it does using it.. Overall: the issues sucks but the options are limited enough that I don't return it. My kids love it

I got this for my 6 year old daughter needless to say she loves it. With having the Amazon freetime on it for a year we don't have to spend any money for games or books cause on that there is all kinds of stuff for kids. For the price and the warranty that comes with this its perfect for any one that wants to get there kid a tablet.

Great buy for the price. Gave this to my 3 year old for Christmas and she loves it. Only con is that it doesn't have a lot of storage. But we were able to fix that with the purchase of a micro sd card and now she has alot of space for her games and books!

My 4 year old loves it which was the point. There are times when it won't load the games and I have to restart it to make it work. The memory fills up fast. My biggest issue with it is that she is able to somehow download stuff in her account. I'll delete a bunch of stuff and next time she hands it to me for a problem there's a load of games that I didn't put on it. My concern with that is her downloading games that are not free. Also the battery life is horrible. She kills it very quickly. Like I said she loves it so I guess it fulfills its purpose

I purchase this Kids Kindle for my 7 year old Grandson for Christmas, his mother said out of all the gifts that he received he only wanted to play with the Kindle. He takes it every where he goes. I like it because it came with the rubber cover all ready on it so I didn't have to buy a case for it so that was an added bonus.

We were excited to get this tablet for our 3yo for christmas after her sprout one broke. This one is harder to use (to her) and it has a tendency to delete everything on the Micro SD card and causes us to redownload everything at least once a day. It then says there is no room on the hard drive or the Micro SD when it's one of the ones that's "specially designed for Amazon fire" It doesn't bother me any, but it gets bothersome when she doesn't get the designated hour a day because her apps have to redownload. I do like the protective case, she's dropped it once and it didn't get phased at all. Overall I wouldn't likely recommend this to any parents for their kiddos, but it's fine for an adult.
