Don't get the stick.

Now, Hulu, netflix, and amazon prime are all easily accessible from one remote. I like that a lot of the cable channels have apps that you can also get to through the remote.

Elegant streaming

Plus, when fast forwarding to skip commercials, you actually get to see what corresponds to the timeline, unlike the Roku Streaming Stick, which only shows the current image plus how many minutes ahead or back you can go (not the image, just the increment). With the Fire TV, you actually see the exact minute and second on the timeline along with the image at that time. Plus, Fire TV lets you fast forward up to 64x actual speed.
