This device delivers excellent performance for a very cheap price. Where else are you going to get this level of features for this little money? The new remote is excellent - as it adds TV control buttons (power on, volume up/down and mute). You really can't go wrong at this price point

I really like this new device as it packs a lot of power at a great price. The new remote control is very handy as well. No more searching for the TV remote to adjust the volume or turn off power. The only thing I expected to have more memory not just 8GB other than that it's a great device I recommend it

Bought the 4K version to get a little more speed. It was the right call, because it is much faster than my older version. It Has a good picture and the remote is updated. It’s definitely worth the extra $15 or whatever bit is to buy over the regular one. You’ll most likely need it eventually anyway. I do still get buffering in some spots, hence the 4 stars. It may be my internet; though it’s pretty fast and Nothing else I use buffers.

got this on sale price 2 for 60.00 and even not on sale worth every penny. I can do 80 of what my shield can do and at 5 times less the cost. run emulators,stream movies youtube in 4k at 60fps but you will have to use aptoid and downloader and a few tricks to do so but still not hard to do and save so much money! only 8gb internal but just enough for retroarch,kodi,etc also need to add a micro usb OTG with power adapter only 6.00 to get a usb thumb drive going for more space 64gb enough for me. only thing not happy about is have to sign up with amazon to get going ang download apps to get started and what you to give CC info in the signup account but i found dont have to but need address infc etc,, goto the amazon site in internet browser and download your apps you need to get started right from the Amazon page when signed in.also can pair a xbox one controller to the device and certian ps4 controllers work mine did not so not sure what ones do and other ones for cheaper also.. hope that helps get the next best thing to a Shield and be happy.

I have owned a previous generation of the Firestick for an older TV & got fantastic use of it. When I bought my 4K smart TV I sold it since the Prime video app was already loaded in the TV OS. However, I joined Amazon's Luna+ cloud gaming service & needed a new Firestick to run the app. I purchased this upgraded 4K version & I was amazed at the improvements that were made in this new Firestick! The 4K HDR (YES it plays back in HDR!) picture is gorgeous, the data transfer for video & gaming is FAST, setup was a breeze & the updated remote even controls both my TV AND my sound bar (no extra setup needed!)!! If you are looking to buy one for the 1st time, definitely invest in it. Even if you just want an upgraded version of your old Firestick, this is definitely worth the money. Plus, the available apps for the Firestick are awesome! Definitely recommend this streaming device.

4K Firestick is very convenient and how I watch TV and everything else now a days! Quality is top-notch and the remote is universal with Alexa voice command and can control your TV and surround sound simultaneously! I highly recommend you getting one!

I've tried both the Fire TV Stick and the Roku and prefer the Fire Stick hands down. It is much easier to navigate, faster and I like the remote better. I also use YouTube TV a lot and the fact that Roku doesn't have a direct YouTube TV app anymore is just a little clunky. First world problems, I know, but if there is a better way why not take it? Great Black Friday price for this, too.

I have always own Roku this is the first fire stick I love it it so easy to use. I will be replacing all of my roku with fire sticks. I would tell everyone to buy one of these. Good price love that you can tell it what you want and it finds it. I only buy from best buy

I purchased this device to facilitate streaming to my elderly plasma TV. While I bought the 4K model, my TV is still only 720p, but sooner or later, I will upgrade. Anyway, as an Amazon Prime member for quite a few years, I have never bothered with streaming anything from there, but I wanted to try it out. I found the installation incredibly simple and easy to understand. The only slightly difficult part is entering your wireless network key using the on screen method. It's straightforward but its not a keyboard. Thankfully, it only has to be done once. It got on my network and connected to Amazon the first time. So far, I have used the stick to stream many programs from Amazon and from CBS Online. To date, I have not experienced any buffering issues with any programs. The remote control is uncomplicated but does what you need it to do. The user interface is easy to navigate. Even Alexa works from the remote. I liked this stick so much, I bought another one (not the 4K variety) for another TV in the house. I highly recommend this to anyone who is a Prime member. It also supports many other streaming services, but check the online documentation to make sure your service is supported.

Easy to use, its Amazon after all. Set up is a breeze. Content shuffles quickly but not as quick at the NVIDIA Shield.

We use this everyday to stream Hulu, Amazon prime,Netflix and a few more the voice button is convenient even though we don't use it a lot. So far, this stick works as expected no problems so far. I would recommend this 4k fire stick if you have a 4k tv.

The fire stick is great and easy to use. It has tons of apps and many nice features to get that smart TV experience. It even has voice controls. I do somewhat prefer Android TV since it doesn't have Amazon throwing their products and content in my face right on the home screen and has a slightly nicer interface, but it's still good. The Fire Stick actually is based on Android, and there's ways to cheat apps onto it from an Android phone. Overall, it's a good and inexpensive product.

Great asset to my new tv. It’s very easy to use, but the life of the fire stick isn’t very long. This is my 2nd purchase for myself and this latest one is going to be a Christmas gift for my Daughter. My first one only lasted approximately a little over 1 year. Burnt out too fast, my Roku is still working and was purchased at the same time, however used less than the Fire stick and had less apps than the Fire stick. That’s the pros & cons

Amazon fire stick 4k is great for downloading apps watching movies/ 4k & listening to music easy to set up & you can take it anywhere when you travel it also includes a plug in wall line for better enhanced performance picture like when watching movies 4k

Smooth no issues with this at all. Picture is great and its easy to set up. Super easy to set up and the price is something you can't beat for a 4k firestick. I have owned a few throughout the years and love the simplicity of this thing.

Easy set-up and the newer model works smoother and better resolution than my older fire stick. Also didn’t think I’d care much about the voice control but it actually does make typing a lot quicker and it actually does a pretty good job of getting your voice inputs correctly.

Glad I bought this. It puts the smart features of my Samsung TV to shame - speed, ease of use, selection of apps and the easy way to install more. The design of the remote allows quick operation in the dark without having to look at it.

I love the new FireTvStick 4K, the picture quality looks great, I love the new remote. It was easy to set up the new remote to my Samsung Smart TV & My Samsung Sound bar. I use it to watch sport shows and movies and it works flawlessly. I honestly recommend this device.

Overall, I find the interface a little less intuitive than the Roku, but this is a very capable streaming device, with all the options you could want, including voice control. Wireless speed is good, and streaming content typically works flawlessly!

So happy to see a power button on this upgraded stick. Fast, reliable, excellent quality. Cannot attest to the 4K as I have a standard SmartTV, but, it works as expected. Easy to setup and use. Functionality is pretty much the same as the prior FireStick model(s).
