Easy to get started and use, light to handle, excellent for "just books," and the features are cool.

I love reading book and tend to do it on my phone. The small screen hurts my eyes if I read on there for a long time. I started reading on the new kindle before going to bed and I LOVE it!

I've had a few different kindles in the past, bought this one for my fiancé because he likes to read. He flew through 4 books in a month!

I purchase this unit based on price and simpler functionality due to my limited needs/desire. Unit is fairly easy to set-up and use. Navigation is fairly simple and functions well. Sync with other Kindle devices is clean and ordering new books is straightforward. The white paper screen is hard on the eyes, however. I thought the display units I viewed at the store looked better. I have already curtailed my use of it in defference to my iPad even though is bulky and heavier.

This reader is light and small enough to fit in my handbag and easy to use. Also easy to get books from Amazon.

This was my second purchase from Best Buy and I was just as satisfied with my shopping experience as I was the first time. The customer service rep was friendly and knowledgeable!!

Works exactly as I had hoped. I had trouble deciding which version to purchase. My needs were reading in bright sunlight or on the go. Really glad I read through the reviews. Positive reviews I read were spot on. Great product.

Good to have a dedicated tab only for reading. But mine was with ad not sure Bestbuy sell one without advertisement. Compared to my Ipad Air 2 this look too small, hope this needs a size upgrade.

serve my purpose with a great price, even though there is no backlight setting on this device. Resolution is good enough and no need to for an high-end model. I can import my PDF files and download PRC files to Kindle so useful beyond my original expectation..

I love my kindle e book. And the touch pad. I had never used a touch pad and didn't think I would like it, but is great. The cover that comes now is really nice also.

I have wanted a Nikon for a long tlme. I have several Canon cameras and enjoy using them. The nikon is a good camera and I have gotten some very good pictures already.

Was looking for something so I could read outside, because every time I used my Ipad the glare was horrible. This was just what I needed, at a very affordable price.

I like it a lot. it can be used to read pdf files. If the quality of the pdf is fine, the reading will be enjoyable.

I was a bit skeptical when I bought a new kindle, since I loved my old model. Nevertheless, I like it a lot, though I miss the side buttons to turn the pages.

This basic unit is the best for one thing - reading. When the USB port broke on my old unit I had to replace it immediately! It is the best at what it does.
