I have an iPad and an iPhone but they both have a glare outside,so this was a perfect fit for what i needed at a very affordable price

I got this as an upgrade to my first Kindle. I really like that it has a touch screen instead of having to push buttons to turn pages. It also nice that if you need to enter information; you don't have to move a cursor and press enter. You just chose your letters and push them. Much easier than the old way. I'm well satisfied with this Kindle edition.

Works easily with Prime lending library and library ebooks. The older keyboard version was easier for me to hold.

We've got a new baby at home, and I purchased this for my wife as a gift. She's really enjoying using it, as feeding the baby doesn't lend itself to holding a book in two hands.

I usually ONLY will read books, but this Kindle is better than a book because it's not awkward to hold. It's easy to read and with the brightness adjustment, I can read in the dark or on the beach!

Small and lightweight, easy to read the books. Only negative for me is that the touchscreen can be a little too sensitive.

So easy to use. I like that the kindle is all touch. The one I had prior, had the buttons. This version is great!

I bought this for my wife for Christmas. Got a great deal at Best Buy and she loves it! Really enjoys reading on it, the screen is very clear and easy to control.

Have had no problems using this e-reader. Works great with my Amazon Prime account and have enjoyed reading the free e-books offered from my local library.

The Amazon Kindle is a good product featuring a touch screen and an antiglare display for reading books. The experimental browser needs improvement.

I haven' read a store bought book since i've had my kindle. I like the way the screen is adaptable to light. It is so much better than my old kindle.

I got this mostly because I needed to read PDFs on the go, and I wanted something with a long battery life. For those purposes it fits the bill, but it is bare bones. I also really like taking out ebooks from the library!

This is wonderful in full sun. Great kindle to take to the beach.

This product was a Christmas gift for my sister and she loves it. It's perfecting for reading easy to use and she carries it everywhere.

Coming from a previous Kindle that was a bit bigger and had on device keyboard I was skeptical about the touch screen interface but it works flawlessly and the costs half the price the old one cost. As with all Kindles the battery life is amazing and you rarely have to recharge it. Great little gadget that is very convenient and practical.
