My grand-son begged me to purchase a tablet for him to use at school and play games on at home. I spent several days comparing tablets and decided to purchase the Kindle. Based on what I've seen so far, I'm happy with my decision. My grand-son is too. He loves it.

Does what it's suppose to do. Cheaper. faster and lighter than 1st generation Kindle Fire.

Small light and perfect fit to carry. Screen is great pictures come out so nice.

This Kindle is a great little gadget. Got it for my 9 year old. He loves to read. Has been able to get children's books with his grandparents Amazon gift card. And of course, some kids Apps. Screen is nice.

My grandson who is 3 1/2 years old loves his Kindle. The product was perfect from the box and easy to use. The cases gave added protection for a kid in his world.

This is the second hdx we have purchased and I can't say enough good things about it. I like everything about this kindle and tell all of my friends about it.

I bought this tablet to take it with me wherever I go. It has exceeded all of my expectations and now I feel lost if it's not with me. I have been able to read it indoors and outdoors. The quality of the movies that I watch on my Prime account is superb.

Great tablet, easy to use and navigate through. Especially like the books I can download to it. Makes it so much easier than going to the store to purchase books. Love the capabilities of the fire and the hd screen is tops. Like this better than my old iPad.

The Kindle Fire HDX is the right size and weight for portability , easy on the eyes when reading. I am totally satisfied with the functionality of this tablet.

This is a great tablet, I like it as much if not better than my IPad . Great color,fast. Can not say enough good about it. Buy one ,you won't be sorry.

Easy to learn how to use, it's my first tablet and I'm hooked! Hard to put it down. So many different things to do. If you're interested in a tablet, a kindle fire HDX is the bomb! Go for it.

Bought this one as a Christmas gift, and thinking about one for myself after seeing it. It's great for watching movies and playing games when you want something bigger than a phone, but don't want to lug around a laptop. Easy to setup, easy to use.

Had an iPad 2 and wanted to replace it...chose the Kindle Fire because it was more affordable...LOVE IT!!! Especially the smaller size, which I was unsure about. Love it so much I bought my son the Kindle Fire HD 6. We are a Kindle family now. :)

Easy to set up and use,picture is sharp and deep rich colors. plus amazon offers a great selection of movies to watch and books to read, also email and browser are fast loading. Its compact and is easy to carry with you anywhere you go.

I bought the kindle fire HDX for my five year old. He watches videos and plays games on it. It was easy for him to learn to use and will be great to use reading apps on next year.

I gave this to my daughter who had never used a tablet. After researching online and then going into the store to actually see the products, she loved this one. She finds it very intuitive to use; very clear; wonderful for reading.

Love the new Kindle - great picture, beautiful colors... 13 yr old daughter uses it ALL the time! Only downside is the difficulty of finding a case, especially with some of the buttons (like volume) on the BACK of the tablet.

We bought this kindle for my 4 year old son and he LOVES it. It's super easy for him to navagate and has so many apps for him to choose from. We have to charge it often but with all the great things about it we don't mind.

Love how simple it was for my son to transfer everything from his Kindle Fire to his new Kindle Fire HD. He uses it for most everything. I love all the help we get when we shop at best buy which is where we will shop.
