My Wife loves her kindle! Great battery charge and easy to use!

I purchased it as a gift for my daughter since it was her top wishlist item. Of course she loves it. She immediately used it as soon as it was received. Loved that there were matching cases available for the different colors they came in. Its the perfect size to travel with.

Bought this item online and truth be told, it’s smaller than I expected and was worried my old eyes would have difficulty seeing the print. Not so! Font size and brightness are perfectly adjustable. Makes it so convenient to read. Love the color too!!

Purchased as a gift for our daughter. She loves it! Compact, lightweight and great value for the money.

I decided to upgrade from one of the older paperwhite models and I’m loving it so far. I love the fact that it can be wirelessly charged. Also the signature edition comes with no ads which is also a plus. Overall I’m really happy with this purchase. I think getting the signature edition is worth the extra money.

I upgraded from my previous Kindle I was tired of being attached to the wall it's amazing that now I don't have to worry about my battery running out. Another great feature is switching from the soild white background the warm white really helps me sleep

This was the perfect gift for my wife, a very avid reader. She loves everything about it, from the backlit screen to the availability of books via the kindle app. A true 5 star product if you’re someone who loves to read, but wants the ability to do so on the go and in the dark

It worked great, for 15 months. I read a bit on it before making lunch, put it to sleep to make lunch and when I came back to read after lunch it wouldn't do anything. Tried connecting it to multiple PCs to do a hard reset, with multiple cords - none will even recognize it. I had charged it to full a couple days prior. Before that, it was a solid e-reader. A big laggy at times, but I did have a good number of books on it. Nothing fancy or special. The lag was frustrating at times. I want something snappier in my next e-reader. I'm a very fast reader and when it's a tense moment and it lags, that's especially frustrating lol. I say I'm a fast reader to explain that maybe the lag is due to me swiping pages too quickly. I called Amazon support and after going through all the steps again to no avail, the tech told me to "hold the power button and volume down button for 20 seconds." I started to explain it doesn't have volume buttons he hung up on me. Initially I thought it was an accident, but he immediately sent an email confirming it wasn't an accident, but thanked me for being courteous. I already wanted to move away from all things Amazon, but now I do even more. Would I recommend it? Maybe? I'm sure this is uncommon, I certainly hope it is, but I can't say I'll risk re-buying a Kindle. They already make you pay like $30 to not be inundated by ads, for a device that costs over $200. Then it barely lasts a year? Kobo or PocketBook here I come!

I love this device with all my heart. The screen truly looks like I'm reading off a page of paper. It's perfect for outdoor reading even in full sunshine.

Been enjoying various Kindles since they first came out many years ago. This advancement is great, though there are still some unimpressive interface issues.

Screen is bright and easy to read, what made me buy it in the first place was the ability to read a smut novel over the shoulder of a lady at my childs christmas program...color me intrigued!

I didn't know if I would like it reading books off of it , I do and I'm finding more books i can read and get the whole series at once and their cheaper than paperback that i just put in recycle after I'm done

This kindle is a great buy for reading countless hours. I have only charged the kindle twice and have read 15 books since late May.
