I like buying from Best Buy, and found the Kindle brand cover, and at a good price. Problem is, it presses into the cover, it does not snap in. So bad news is, if you lay it down too hard, or bump it, or drop it, the Kindle pops right out of the case.

Holds kindle in place. Nice cover. Will buy again.

This cover is supposed to turn the kindles screen on/off when you open and close it. This worked for literally the first 2 times I opened it and never functioned again. Would not buy again.

My Kindle Paper white does not fit snug all the way and it falls out consistently.

This cover is not worth it's weight in fairy dust. The kindle slips out when you wish it wouldn't. Spend the extra money and purchase a quality cover.

there is no way to fit a kindle to the cover. Probably I got a defective item but still very disappointing.

Appeared to be warped and would not stay attached to the Kindle. Returned for a full refund

The Cover is not just a pretty accessory. Obviously the Cover protects the device from damage. I'm really happy with this cover. I think the price is perhaps a little higher than it should be, but that's what you get with an OEM

I love that my new Kindle cover automatically shuts down my Kindle when I close it. And I only have to swipe the page to get it turned on when I open the cover. It makes it as easy as picking up a book and opening it. I can just start reading without having to wait. It's even better than I imagined it would be. The only thing I would like to have on it would be a pocket to insert a business card for ID. I've left mine behind a couple of times and having my phone number on it would be good. As an alternative I taped a card inside the flap.

It works as advertised, what can you really say about a very simple cover?

I gave this three stars because I'm sure it is a great product, however, it is not made for the Paperwhite.

I bought this cover for my Kindle Paperwhite back in February. Everything worked great, until tonight. When I was reading my Kindle, it fell out of the cover! Now it will not stay in the cover, no matter how hard I try to get it to. I don't want to leave my Kindle out of the cover, for fear of it getting damaged. I am very upset, as I liked the look and feel of this cover very much.

I bought the kindle paperwhite and the kindle cover at the same time. The sales associate was unaware or failed to mention that the case did not fit my kindle. There is nothing on the packaging indicating it, and no mention of whether my kindle is 7th generation or not. Amazon's overview of the item specifically states that it won't fit but I didn't know that until after I bought it and my kindle fell out of it and broke. Now I'm out of a kindle and a case.

Wasn't sure what I was going to go with but I finally decided on this case. I really like it and it works.
