Pretty cool cover. It snaps into place over the Kindle and the cover flap has some weight to it to keep the cover closed. The Kindle "wakes" when you open the cover. Very sturdy as a stand.

The thing that I like most about the Origami case is when you close the cover it helps save the life of your battery. You do not have to constantly cut the tablet off and on.

I got this along with my new Kindle Fire and it makes life so much easier. I use it to turn pages and for typing accuracy, not to mention it keeps the screen clearer.

I ignored my reservations about the price and I am so glad, because I really like it and it has proved worth the cost. Accidentally dropped and it had no damage.

Purchased for my 10 year old son. Stands securely, even propped on his pillow! He's dropped the kindle a few times - no worries. Fits perfectly.

Great case.... magnetic close that stays shut. Was hesitsnt because of price but seems like every thing high priced for such simple items.

Works well, automatically closes and since it is an official kindle cover it has the holes for the charger etc.

Since the size of the case is larger by a 1/10 of an inch length, the kindle moves around in the case. The discrepancy in size causes the cases power and speaker volume buttons to be ineffective, i have to remove the kindle from the case to turn it on and off. (and yes i have the correct model kindle for the case)
