The case seems to be doing a good job, as I've dropped my kindle a few times and the kindle continues to work without showing any kind of damage. Only wish there was screen coverage when the case it open to help save it from scratches like other covers have without purchasing a separate screen protector. The cover is works well in turning off and on the kindle when opening or closing it.

This case protects my kindle fire hd 6 tablets and has a nice stand feature.

I bought this case to go on the kindle fire we bought for my 5 year old. We like the case. It flips around but stays attached, so it can't get lost. It is protective, but not bulky. It can be used as a stand in either poitrait or landscape. So far it has withstood and very rambunctious 5 year old and protected the fire. So, it was good but for us!

This case does the job. It does not add a lot of bulk. It fits the HD6 perfectly protecting the device corners. The flap supports the device adequately when free standing the device.

This case fits like a glove just like it's supposed to because it's made by Amazon. The downside is that unless you're at the right angle of viewing, the stand is pretty much pointless, although I haven't tried it for viewing videos in a landscape mode. One of the pro's is that when you close the case there's a magnet built inside that automatically puts the fire to sleep.

My boys picked these cases for the kindles they purchased. They aren't fancy, but they do the job. They are protective, we have had no issues with them, and I have seen my boys use them as a stand as well and they prop the kindle up well. Only wish they came in additional colors and I would have given them 5 stars. They were only available in purple or black in store.

The Fire HD6 is very easy to use and is a great size for traveling. The back lighting is great for night reading as well. Ordering books is a simple matter, and the books are downloaded quickly. This ended up being a good buy for us. We will use it quite a bit.

excellent. it fit well on my kindle fire HD 6. bought the kindle fire for my mother in law who will be leaving USA and back to her home country (somewhere in ASIA) and she needed a case that will sure to fit. she loves the auto on when you open the case.

The case fits perfectly to the tablet. When it is closed it goes to sleep. When opened the display comes back on. Also has built in stand for vewing.

Keeps my kindle protected and love the color. Opening and closing the cover turns Kindle on and off. Opening for the camera in the case. Don't have to remove cover to charge the kindle

The case goes onto the Kindle Fire HD without too much hassle. The cover does its job. I just find that the hinge is kind of floppy, which when you are trying to use it as a stand, it takes some nudging and adjusting to get it just so. The color purple is what they had, and it isn't a wild purple, which is fine by me.

My son is extremely active and having a bit extra protection on all our electronics is a big plus!! He's dropped his kindle more than 1 ocassion but this cover protects and its not big and bulky for his little hands.

This Kindle Fire HD 6 case is exactly the right product. It stands in either portrait or landscape mode, and the magnetized flap acts as an on/off switch as well. Very happy with my purchase. Oh, and it's purple, too!

I got one of these for each of my boy's Kindles. They love the cover and its ability to watch movies with the versatile stand. It seems durable (so far) and protects the Kindle from unnecessary damage.
