I bought this item online about a little over a week ago and the only reason I bought it was because of the good reviews given for it. I've had it in the car 5 days now and it works alright. I keep getting notifications that my car just started and is moving when it is sitting right here. I went out to eat lastnight (Friday 3/26/21) and while sitting inside the restaurant I got 5 different notifications my car just started and my car was moving. I went outside and my car was still parked where I left it which it should be because I have the keys in my pocket. It also happened a few days earlier at 6:30am and the car never left my house that morning. Clearly the reviews for this item are false because I've had nothing but false notifications. It also shows my car parked somewhere else in a unknown location. I've registered the amber connect to my app I had to download and put in my address so it should show my car parked at my house not unknown location. I charged the battery from the time I got it at 4:30 pm till the next morning and the battery showed only 80% so I put it back on the charger for the day and when I took it off it still showed 80%. Well like I said I've had it in my car 5 days now and the battery is 30% must be from all the false notifications I'm getting my car is driving itself around. I'm not happy at all with this item and will be returning it and would not recommend it.

Works good just thought that the call in feature would work with subscription but apparently you have to get another SIM card from local carrier for it to work

Software is great. Lets you track trips and other info. Doesn't hold battery life as long as they say. Probably about a week.

This track and shows exact location very well. Shows all previous trips plus it last 60 days on one battery.

Terrible just doesn’t not work, shows low signal even in town, location doesn’t not update 50% of the time, still shows it’s been at previous location for hours when it had only been there for ten minutes not showing current location. There is no way to update or refresh location.

As an outside salesman I bought this to keep track of my daily activity and mileage reports. I upgraded to a fleet account and it works perfectly. I have recently had a theft issue with some flooring products that need to be left on job sites and I’m thinking about planting this device in one if the boxes to see where it ends up. I can see a lot of possibilities with this.
