8-core with SMT, this CPU is a great value. I switched to AMD after 10 years of Intel. Competition is always good for customers. Unlike Intel, one of the biggest advantages of the Ryzen 3000 CPUs is that you can pair them with B450 boards. Also, the included cooler is pretty decent.

Easy to install and has worked perfectly with my EVGA rtx2060 super ultra overclocked. No bottlenecking. Only part I changed is the wraith cooler for a nh-D 15 cooler because I wasnt happy with the wraith cooler under load when overclocking. Changed the cooler and it has stayed at 50° even with my GPU overclocked.

I upgraded from the Ryzen 3 3300x to Ryzen 7 3700x and the difference is phenomenal. I purchased the pack that came with the Wraith Prism Cooler fan which runs very quiet, keeps everything perfect temp, and the RGB customization is an excellent touch. Highly recommended for those looking to game, stream, VR, video\photo editing.

Got this for a build I was doing for a client, great value at the time, 8 cores for about this price of a 6 core processor was a must do upgrade.

Very good CPU for the price but the 5600x superceedes it and is close in price this is only worth the purchase if you need the cores and are struggling to find a 5600x

I don't upgrade my pc very frequently so having something that was futureproofed for several years was important to me. This looks like its going to be the ticket. Also the Wraith Prism cooler is AWESOME looking. Make sure you connect it to the usb header so that you can fully customize all the RGB zones (it has 3)

I’ve had it for a few days and this thing rocks. No need to overclock. It pushes about 4.25-4.3 MHz at load all on its own. The stock voltage seems a bit high but I’m not to sure what to adjust it to to keep it stable. I’ll have to do some research on that.

Great processor, bought for my first pc build ever and am very happy I went with AMD. Thermals are a little warm, some of that I can fix as I learn more, although I’ve found among community research these units run a little warmer than thier competition. Still love it for everything I need to do!

I made the jump from Intel and I have no regrets. This thing handles everything that I throw at it with ease. While I appreciate that it includes a cooler, it is not the quietest. I would recommend swapping it out if you're going for a silent build.

AMD continues to outperform Intel. The included cooling fan is enough to keep the processor within a solid operating temperature even under heavier loads. Ryzen's overclock software makes it easy to control all cores and overclocking features.

CPU has worked wonders so far. Built my gaming PC back in December of 2020 and has been a smooth and beautiful ride since then. Highly recommend, especially if you can find it on sale as I did! Comes with a large CPU cooler that you can customize all the LED lights on!

i actually own 3 of these, One for my personal PC, My girlfriends and one for my secondary pc that i use for video & photo editing. I love this cpu, it’s not extremely expensive and it’s worth every dollar because of its performance. Ryzen/AMD are the only cpu’s i will ever use. Love it.

First gaming PC build, debated big time between AMD/Intel (long time intel fan). SO happy I went with AMD. The value to performance is unmatched, and this paired great with my RTX 2080 super. Comes with cooling fan, furthering its value...I use this fan, and the processor stays nice and cool below 70 C.

I purchased this to replace a 3600x that I broke. This was the only cpu BB had in stock and with it only being a small upgrade I couldn't be happier. This isn't a top of the line AMD cpu but it more then gets the job done. Do wish that BB did a better job of stocking cpu's in general though

This processor is worth the money if your looking buying a decent CPU, i mostly game with this CPU and have no problems. One detail i over looked with getting this CPU and a new motherboard was needing to get DDR4 ram don't make my mistake. The cooler fan that comes with the CPU is RGB and looks pretty cool.

First ever PC build. This is a top rated CPU and a must have for AMD fans. After researching overclocking, this CPU performs just as good and strong in stock mode. No issues with product, packaging or install. Have yet to experience any issue nor do I expect to have any. Excellent CPU.

Buy it on sale. If you buy this product at $250 or below it is an amazing find. It will hit that mark on the bigger sales of the year. It was the best valued AMD CPU last black Friday and will likely be the best value this black Friday as well
