really cool movie if you find it to 5 dolars i thinks thats a good deal

Mostly, I prefer action type movies. It was on sale and missed the mark.

It was ok. Not my favorite movie by any chance, but it’s worth a watch.

I purchased this movie along with 8 other movies during the Black Friday sales. I purchased it because it was a great price, however, the version of the movie shown and the description is not what was received. I received the version that does not include the digital code for the movie. I went to exchange the movie at my local BB store and although they were patient with me they kept insisting it was the right copy. Finally after going back and forth for about 20 minutes, the customer service rep and her supervisor realized it wasn't the same version/item. Needless to say I left disappointed.

Sometimes when we watched these movies that nominated for academy awards, they are not good, but this one proved me wrong. It was very entertaining and even my husband liked it! Usually films nominated for a lot of awards I just don't get or do not find entertaining at all, but this one was different and I enjoyed all the actors and their performances

Another great Best Buy deal! I remember how well put together this movie was back in 2013 and all the accolades and awards it earned so I was eager to add it to my collection. With a great ensemble cast and performances this one is sure to please any fan of the genre. High recommendation!

American Hustle is a great film. Starting with the retro '70s Columbia Pictures logo I was hooked. The sleazy '70s atmosphere, acting, and the great music of the time helps make it one of last years very best films. I highly recommend purchasing it, even it you have never seen it. The only down side it that the blu-ray has only 2 bonus features. Otherwise nothing bad about this release.

There are many well known actors in this film. This film is mostly criticized for its length and for it being "talky". Most of the lines were improvised and Christian bale wears an amazing disguise. This film is a very interesting fictional account on abscam. Bale and renner give great performances as does the rest of the cast.

Be sure that you go into this movie not expecting Silver Linings Playbook. It has a very different plot structure and a different feel to the movie in general. I really enjoyed it. Definitely has its moments that make it a great movie worthy of the Oscar nomination. Amy Adams was very surprising in this role, but I loved her. And Jennifer Lawrence has yet to disappoint me.

Great acting by Amy Adams and Bradley Cooper. Loved the plot and the surprises (Guest actor surprise and movie ending). Also, loved the era it was filmed in. Loved the curly and big hair. Loved the clothes. It was such a blast from the past.. I bought the movie so I can watch it over and over again., I highly recommend this movie especially for people age 50 and older.

The movie tells the story of abscam which I remember being from New Jersey. I'm not sure how close to the truth it is but it's well done and well acted. Great cast and they did a great job. The characters they played are very good and very interesting. The story is good but really it's more about the characters. The bluray/dvd set is very good, the bluray looks great.

Great movie love the acting in it! You can't go wrong with all star cast, except I do find some of the accents they use in the movie not quite authentic, but hey Its Bradley Cooper. Jennifer does a great role in this and looks beautiful as always. Dont want to say much about the movie because I dont want to give spoilers: however, it is a must see

I wasn't really sure what to expect from this movie. The opening scene is funny and Christian Bale did a fantastic job throughout the whole film!!! The acting in this movie is top notch and it kept my interest the whole time. I didn't expect the ending, which was cool. This is a movie that you will want to add to your collection.

Amy Adams and Jennifer Lawrence shine in this one.

A Very Good Movie but not Great like movies like Goodfellas but much better than the Departed. Better than Dallas Buyers Club but not better acting. A liitle overracted though. Just because you have a lot of A list stars does not mean that they are a good fit for the movie. This movie is perfect for renting but Buying it for $ 22 like I did I am not so sure.

American Hustle is an extremely entertaining film that happens to be a true story. The performances are top notch (especially Jennifer Lawrence). Christian Bale, to all of you Dark Knight fans, is unrecognizable. I waited to purchase this blu-ray until the price was right for me, but I never expected to get it for 12 bucks! Thanks again, Best Buy!

Excellent film especially in Blu-Ray. Especially enjoyed Christian Bale and Bradley Cooper's acting. Jennifer Lawrence was truly a delight in her role. The extras included the Making Of American Hustle which was truly enlightining. The Deleted and Extended Scenes were another treat. A really good picture with excellent acting and an incredible story line.

Doesn’t include digital - got this because I wanted to build my vudu collection and it was included in a B1G1 Free - so cant return it because technically wasn’t a price tag. Wish Best Buy would have accurate products on its website

Great movie. Great cast. Great story line. I’m a big fan of Bradley Cooper, Christian Bale, Amy Adams and Jennifer Lawrence. Great 70s retro fashion as well! Very cool! But not really digging Bradley Cooper with a ‘fro! LOL

A well rounded cast tells the story of the infamous ABSCAM scandal of the late 70's. Christian Bale, Bradley Cooper and Amy Adams do a great job as does Jennifer Lawrence. The movie is a little long and it doesn't hurt if you have a little bit of interest in that era, some people will get bored with it.
