Wanted this movie for my Christian Bale collection.

Such a fun movie to watch can never get tired of it.

I very rarely buy steelbooks, but this is one of the best packaged I have ever seen! I love the clear sleeve with the facial being peeled off as you slide it off the case, and if you look inside the sleeve while holding it up to the light you can see "feed me a stray cat" printed on it! The back of the case has Patrick holding an axe behind his back, and printed on the inside of the case is his business card, as if the steelbook is his business card holder. Just amazing design overall. Of course the movie is a wonderful classic too!

This is a movie I have always enjoyed it's a good movie driven by good performances this is a good movie at a great price.

When I first watched the film I didn't know what to make of it, but now I understand the film much better. This film is must viewing, it brings out the truth about today's world - Nothing but material values matter, we live empty lives, we think empty thoughts, we are empty people, life is boring. Bale plays a wealthy banking executive is haunted by an alter-ego which he hides from his co-workers and friends but gets trapped further down into his own imaginations and horrifying fantasies. This movie is a truly terrifying depiction of the American public's mental state. I think you'll either love it or hate it. Somehow if your not a Bale fan you will be after this performance.

This is a very very good film one of the best films in the last 30 years . It's not comfortable to watch

American Psycho has been a favorite film of mine since it first came out. Christian Bale gives one of his best performances as Patrick Bateman. It's a brutal and violent movie with great commentary on the identity crisis of rich yuppies, but it's also got a lot of dark humor that has made it a cult classic. This steelbook is so fantastic and I love the slipcover. Must have blu-ray for fans of this movie.

American Psycho is one of those movies that isn’t for everyone, but it’s still a great film.

Movie is fun but it is an imaginary story by a yuppy who kills but only in his mind.

The movie aside, this Steelbook edition is a really cool addition to any collectors catalogue, the transparent slip cover creates a cool effect that interacts with the cover art of the Steelbook itself, the surface of the case is gently matted and does well to keep fingerprints at bay, Steelbook owners will know that dents are possible and likely, there is no difference here. The media plays well on my PS5 and contains the film as well as some interesting bonus features that made this an easy purchase for me, if you’re a fan of the 2000 film and have a flair for the curb appeal of your movie shelf I think this is the edition of the movie for you.

Love this movie definitely a must watch. If you haven’t seen it I recommend it.

This movie was released on film, and the scan of it for this 4K release is excellent. Colors are not too bright, for a film that was intentionally filmed to be muted. Film grain is present but not overwhelming. Also, you get the "unrated" cut, I was not sure if I would even like the movie at all, but it's possible the unrated cut made the difference in how much I enjoyed it (versus watching the original cut long ago, when I thought the movie was so-so). Audio is also well done, overall an excellent package.
