Bestbuy delivered the 24inch spinner instead of the 28 inch. They re-assured me and said they are shipping a new one. The new one was again a 24 inch. Now Its been over 2 weeks since my original and I have to be the one who has to go down to the store and return this on my time and money just to get my OWN MONEY BACK. Best Buy can only offer a "SORRY". Totally absurd.

24" not 28

This is for a 24" suitcase! The bestbuy item title is extremely misleading as it says 28". Another reviewer had the same problem. I contacted bestbuy customer service thru chat and they were completely unhelpful. They wouldn't offer expedited replacement unless I paid extra for shipping. I'm leaving for my trip soon and ask if I could return incorrect item after I return, but they would not extend their meager 15 day return timelne. Will be making a trip to return in store thanks to bestbuy's error. Although not sure if the misleading item descriptor is due to BB or american tourister.

Called up and got a a new one sent out overnighted. (Great customer service). Got the new package opened it up and was another 24inch..... very very annoying. Ended up buying a suitcase in target. Best buys customer service was great but the warehouse needs to get they avt together
