We’ve owned it for a little less than a year now. It’s a little bigger than our other kid’s suitcase, which is great. This is the perfect size as I like to overpack. It has held up well.

Incorrect Description: Its 18 inch and not 20 inch

It happened two times, one with original order and another after complaining, still they sent 18 inch suit case.

Posted .Thank you for your feedback. Luggage is measured in a couple of different ways: case/packing dimensions and overall dimensions. In this case, the packable height is 18 inches, but the height including the wheels and top carry handle is 20 inches.
