These wheels works better if you're pulling it; however, i usually like to glide it as i walk, but the wheels are smaller so sometimes it falls as you're gliding it, plus it doesn't help that it's also fully loaded with things making it little heavy. All in all, the luggage is well made and durable and of course, CUTE. I would recommend it.

This suitcase is not even made in a 24" model. The label on the suitcase even says 21" spinner. Sending it back since this is not what I needed.
