We had to buy another Large case at Wal-Mart BUT I love my luggage. Your sales clerks were amazing and helped so much. It came earlier than expected, that was a major bonus. Thank you.

I’ve tried everything to get it to go back in. THis piece is now useless to me. DO NOT waste your money. I guess this is a good example of “you get what you pay for “.
