I LOVE this Fireplace! The remote and thermostat are great. I wanted a new entertainment center and have always wanted a fireplace, so the search began. I chose this one because of the price point and features. I have a 65 inch LED 4K TV on it and it functions as it should. The setup was most definately advanced, but if you have the ability to read a diagram then it should go smoothly. Took me about 3 hours with no help. The box was ripped from shipping but there was no damage to the item itself. Overall this is a great unit and has met my expectations.

Absolutely love! So beautiful! Easy to put together.

Receive the package damaged. Three of the wood pieces were chipped. The fireplace glass was completely shattered. Had to return it, and it was a huge headache to get this issue fixed multiple phone calls to Best Buy and was given the runaround finally got my money back after almost a month

Absolutely love the fireplace. The flames are perfect, the heater is quiet. Very easy to adjust. I had it assembled by the Geek Squad and it was an outstanding service.

I like it. Heavy. Took awhile to assemble and had one foot that was incorrect but the company was easy to work with and it was quick to get a replacement.

It has horrible quality control. Most of the unit came with black scuffs on it though do wipe away with some cleaner. I have one piece that had a huge dent in it. I contact Ameriwood support and they sent me out a replacement piece within 7 days. This piece also had a dent but not as bad. I started to put it together and close to the end when you have insurt the fireplace component, I saw that there was major gaps inbetween the faux marble and the fireplace. Also that the holes for one of the faux marble piece was not in the right location and was 20º in the wrong direction. It is not worth the price at all and would avoid 100%. This is cheap for a reason. Save your money and get something better that does not feel like it was built in middle school shop class.

Beautiful once put together. Just as pictured. Would highly recommend. I purchased the Geek Squad and had them put it together for me!

Perfect size and colour. Fireplace looks real, and it is easy to use and less expensive to run than whole house heating. I would purchase again.

We oredered this becauee it looked awesome. The first one we got had a brokedn piece of it. So we took it bavk and ordered another one. When it got in it was broken in the same exact spot.

I think I would really enjoy this if I could ever get it delivered, put together and set up to work!!!
