Poorly Manufactured Pieces

Product is cheap and poorly manufactured. One of the pieces was drilled upside down making the unit unusable. Upon reaching out to customer service, Best Buy wouldn't help until the "paperwork" was finished. Order was cancelled three times before it finally showed up in poor quality. Very dissatisfied with Best Buy as a whole during this experience and will no longer support their business.

Loving my TV stand
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just love my TV stand with electric fireplace it's so beautiful. I also love the fact it has included selves with doors. Just in case you have little one's were they can't open and close the doors.
