This has been a great product for our home office needs to extend our WiFi capability from a downstairs office to the upstairs office.

This is best extender i've purchased. Plugs right in, and even does 5G. Makes my upstairs have just as strong a signal as my basement.

It works the way it is advertised. It connects to the wifi router quickly and with no problems. It picks the signal really fast.

Like many others i needed to clear that dead spot in my house, i now have fantastic signal and even covers my back yard now

Didn't fix my dress spot in my townhouse. Gave it a month but eventually returned it. Would find the signal, but was always limited

needed an extender for my two story space. Good product

I had looked online for an item like this and this one looked like the best value

Maybe it's a settings issue, still need to call customer support, but only works half the time.

Bought this in hope that it would solve our wifi range upstairs and it did!

Called customer service three times...every time they said it was fixed. Never got it working.

Doesn't always help with wifi. don't think I would get this again.

The reason that I use sucks is because I call and the people talk just go to a website which did not show me how to secure the line who sell something and is not secure so I can not use for I paid can not use it.

We bought a more powerful extender as this device could not make it through the whole house. Good size and design though.

It does not work well. I did not buy again. Poor product.

Doesn't work. Each time we try to activate the device we run into technical difficulties concerning website that activates the device...confusing and completely useless.

Wi-Fi extender doesn't seem to work very well in my home set up and is very slow not happy with the unit.

Would not give the extended reach that I was looking for, so it was not usable.

I was having trouble getting my TV in the bonus room to hook up to the internet. I purchased this product and it was very easy to set up. I do not like the 99 second count down thing but everything else it basically did for you. Follow the steps and done in about 10 minutes, would be sooner without the count down. It does set up a separate network but I need it for the TV upstairs. It runs HD movies now without having to buffer every 30 seconds or so. Have watched three shows in a row without issue. No grainy picture from low signal either. I will highly recommend this product to others. You will need a Cat 5 cable to hook this up to your computer. The sales people at the Clarksville, TN store was little to no help. They only decided to help after I took the product out of the box at the cables to see which would be needed. I hate going to that store because of very poor customer service for computer stuff.

We have a major problem in our house with getting a strong enough signal to one end of the house for a TV to stream netflix without a problem. We have put the router in the most central place possible in our house and it only resides approx 50' (straight line through walls etc) to the tv but it constantly had problems. We purchased several other brands and gave up. Finally I decided to give it one last shot with this one. We have an AC1900 router and we wanted an AC range extender. This one did the trick. We love it!! Our phones and laptops connect it to it great at that end of the house and when we go to the other end, they connect straight to the router. I highly recommend this device if you're having problems with needing a stronger single. It doubled our throughput to that end of the house!
