Set up and start up where far easier than expected. Works very well, and is the best value for the money.

These cams work better than most, and up to 5 cam for a year monitor is well worth the $99.

I purchased 2 Canary cameras 3 years ago. I've been fairly happy with them, but found Blink cameras battery life made them a much better option, so I TRIED to cancel my premium subscription with Canary. They make it very difficult to cancel and there website is deceptive. I went through the multiple pages to attempt to cancel my subscription, got to a screen that said "Cancel Premium Service" with a big OK button. Clicking the OK button takes you back to your home screen, which made me think it worked. It didn't and I wasn't aware until Canary charged my credit card. I contacted them the day after they charged my card and Canary refused to issue a refund. My strong recommendation is that you don't purchase Canary cameras and definitely don't give them your credit card into.

This camera kit is a great deal if you are someone investing in the Canary ecosystem. The subscription plan is pretty expensive and after the changes in functionality for the cameras canary made to the for their non subscription users I think their are better options. IT is pretty easy to set up. The air quality alerts are useful. Sometimes the camera would lose connection.

Canary is a great camera for inside your home, while the Canary Flex, being battery powered and weather proof, si a great option for outside.

Love the canary with temperatures and air quality. Flex goes out intermittently. So have to reset.

I like this product because I can check in and listen to kids and I’m updated when there is motion in the home

I had bought one already and needed to add 2 more locations. These are great at monitoring your properties

As soon as I finished setting up Canary Flex, the live stream was horrible – everything was blurry. Contacted Canary, and they blame it's my wifi, internet, and/or ISP. Hmmm, that doesn't sound right. Why? Because I already had a Canary Flex, purchased several months ago, and it's not blurry compared to the new one! I'm guessing, they probably went to a cheaper route and got a low quality camera lens. Also, in order to take advantage of some features, you will need to get a subscription! Yeah, no thanks. So, I'll be returning this soon and try something else - perhaps Arlo Pro 2.

Great camera for pets. Video is activated on motion and great in the dark.

We use Canary at two different locations. Easy to use. Easy to coordinate.

I bought this equipment so I can keep an eye on my home. It definitely does the job.

Bad choice on my part. Don’t get these. Slooooooow notification when motion detected. I will go wired ADT Or something next time around

Canary has excellent quality video for the price! I would definitely recommend this product to anyone! Own the 1st generation Canary All-in-One Home Security Device and it has served and protected my family for the last 3 years. Looking for the flexibility and safeguard the Canary Flex offers, including Outdoor-Weatherproof, Wire-free or Plugged-in. Another great experience with another Canary product; camera has a stylish design and solid, heavy construction with several location options due to it's clever flexible mounting alternatives. Setup was a cinch, and I had it up and running in no time. A+, no problems what-so-ever. Excellent value for the money on this security cam. Glad I bought it.........

It was nice to have a plug and play setup. But, I found that the video was erratic and unstable recordings. Returned and bought the Arlo Pro 2 and it was significantly more versatile, very stable recordings/playback and just overall much better than the Canary.

Do not buy! Initially, this company was could. However, as they keep adding more “features”, they’ve been changing what’s free. At this point, I stopped using it and will recycle it soon!
