    Doesn’t hold a charge if you’re using the phone, had to buy twice because the first one would get hot when charging, don’t waste your money

    Victor should be a front-facing Manager!

    I would like to first say that Victor, the front door attendant in the Pasadena, CA. store was the sole reason that I purchased this product when I purchased it! I was looking for a different type of portable charger, but he was so proactively helpful and informative, I bought the exact one that he put in my hand! Not to mention that before he put it in my hand, I was already informed and had made my decision based on his information and comparisons!!! Navigating stores, of every kind, is such an overwhelming and daunting task these days. Every company is competing for your dollar. Victor understood my needs and directed me to the item that would more than satisfy those needs! I was overwhelmed by the products packaging description but he explained everything to me. Dude is fantastic! My husband and I can BOTH use this charger during our travels!!! Thank you so much Victor!!!

    This power bank charges my iPhone 15 Pro Max up two times via wire. The build quality is great and the QI2 MagSafe is very strong.

    Not as fast charging device as I thought I was expecting a little more it comes in handy when you don’t have to use the outlet charger plugbut overall i give it 4/5

    I’m usually a huge Anker fan, but this product didn’t do it for me. Doesn’t charge much before the battery drains. I’m not sure if it’s a defective product, or just poor design, but I should have returned when I had a chance. Rare Anker L

    Poor customer service

    I will never buy an Anker product again. I received an email stating that their provider was using poor quality lithium batteries which could over heat and catch my house on fire. Now i'm stuck with a charger that i paid for and have to find an appropriate place to dispose of it. Plus i have to go out of my way to replace it. I feel that they should just ship me a replacement with no effort being spent on my part. They are the ones who sold me a poor quality product. Why am i having to do any work to get it replaced. Anker sent me the email. Now send me a new one that isn't poorly made.

    Doesn’t mean expectation

    It doesn’t do what is advertised it’s MagSafe so it supposed to show the MagSafe thing on my screen when you charge it it didn’t pop up at all. It just showed that it’s charging and some weird reason It just stopped at 80% and the phone is not hot or anything.
