It does charge the phone I say at least 40 to 50%. Do not expect your phone to be charged to 100% with this when if your phone is at one percent or dead this will most likely charge it to around 50% before the battery pack does that’s it. I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max by the way and this thing charges my phone my phone pretty slowly.

Almost always stops charging devices in under 10 minutes. I usually have good luck with Anker stuff, but now that I actually have a problem and am dealing with their warranty department I'm thoroughly disappointed. It seems like its just bots sending prepared statements and ignoring my questions and suggesting I should just deal with the original seller (best buy). Unfortunately it's been more than 15 days so it's outside the Best buy exchange period.
