There was no replacement at the store and they did not provide me an option that a new item delivered at my address or picked up at the same store later times so I did return it on site.

Not worth it

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's a bit confusing because all 4 dots come on initially, which makes me think that the battery pack is full, but then after the first light up, it lights up again with the % charged (which is always much lower). slowly, battery drains quickly. It also only charges my phone some times? Maybe it doesn't stay in well, because throughout the course of charging, I need to fiddle with the block a couple times to get it to charge again.

Recharging on some devices, due to its size, covers 3 charging outlets. Again a little awkward. Otherwise works well so far.

I don’t like how it feels hanging from the phone bottom so knocking off a star.
