Now after asking many times I'm told that I couldn't return it by UPS and I should've gone to the store. If this is so, why did the system provide a return label? And now the item is not returnable. I was hesitant to purchase this charger, but I'm glad I did b/c it charges my phone quickly. I was out shopping and my phone had about 2% battery left, thinking I had left the charger my backpack which was in the car, I discovered it was actually in my purse. I put the cgarger to use and in no time my phone was greatly charged so I could finish my long shopping trip for my grands!! P.S. It's compact size fits perfectly into my smaller purse.
