Customers are saying

Customers are delighted by the PowerCore Portable Charger's impressive battery life, convenient USB-C and USB-A ports, and its portability, making it ideal for travel. However, some users find the charger to be somewhat large and heavy. The charger's wattage output was also noted as a potential area for improvement by some customers. Overall, the positive feedback on battery life, connectivity, and portability outweighs concerns about size and weight.

The charger is compact, however, it only gives 1...maybe 1.5 full charges on my cell phone before I have to plug it in and charge it. I only had 14 days to return which is nearly not enough time to get a full test, especially if it is being tested to it's full capacity. I traveled with it and still needed to charge it for a 2 hr layover. I also purchased a cord, but it was Type C to Type C, which I also didn't realized until it was time to use it. Luckily I still had an extra spider type charger that I was able to use.

    A Let down

After using the power core fusion 5000 for about a year now, and it being as reliable now as when I got it. I put a lot of trust in anker to put forth a good product. After using what I thought was an “uprgrade” to the power core fusion 5000 I was let down by amount of actual power that came out of the power brick itself when connected and when being used as a power bank. It felt as the bigger bulkier NEWER product was slower than my older version and it was almost as if a full charge put less power in my phone than the older one too. All in all, I think the addition of the usb-c connection was the reason I bought it. I was expecting faster charging speeds. And it just isn’t there

Not good at all for my Dell PC, It did not work to charge. My dell PC is with 30W as same rate with Mac does but it keeps gives me error saying that this powerline is not work. I am not Mac user so if you are mac user you may be able to use but unfortunately this doesn't. I have to return this because of that reason. As for the Power bank feature it works as advertise so I am not giving star.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. It's unusual for this product to be acting like this, and we'd love to get you what you need!

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
      - Let the charger sit for 5 min without being plugged into the outlet and without anything plugged into the charger itself. This resets the charger and might solve the issue.
      - Try another cable and a different outlet.
      - Try charging a different device.

If it doesn’t help, please reach out to us via support@anker.com or call us at +1 (800) 988 7973. We are more than happy to assist you further.

We offer an 18-month warranty for this product, plus lifetime technical support. Our standard for responding to email quests is less than 24 hours, and we look forward to hearing from you! anker
